We have a fully developed Nursing Framework which was developed by our own nursing staff.

We are looking for Bank Nurses that reflect our core Trust Values; Respectful. Open, Compassionate, Collaborative and Consistent. We are seeking a motivated, dynamic and forward thinking registered qualified nurses to enhance the quality of care in our service areas.

Your main duties whilst employed with us will include:
• You will be responsible for assessment of care need and the development implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.
• You will implement and demonstrate clinical excellence
• You will instigate, supervise and monitor nursing practice
• You will deliver care that is reflective of current best practices and research
• You will have active participation in and initiate the developments and innovations within the service.
• You will demonstrate the ability to work within the Knowledge Skills Framework (KSF), supported and facilitated by regular Management and Clinical Supervision.
• You will participate in nursing research and disseminate the knowledge and results from such research to colleagues managers
You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team that is committed to the provision of highly quality service user centred care. Our teams are looking for compassionate, extraordinary Mental Health Nurses that want to make an impact.
